Analytics
This site uses Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool, to measure page views and basic usage. Umami is cookieless and anonymous: it does not track or store personal data and writes no tracking cookies.
Google Maps
The interactive map is powered by the Google Maps JavaScript API. When the map is visible, your browser loads it from Google servers, which may process your IP address and device data under Google privacy policy. The site remains usable without the map (search, timeline and entity pages keep working), and the map only loads when you open the map view.
Cookies & local storage
Sign-in uses a single httpOnly cookie (a signed JWT) to keep your session authenticated. It is required for account features and is never used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Theme and language preferences are stored locally in your browser only.
Accounts
If you register, we store your email address, a salted password hash (argon2) and your account role. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Edit history is recorded solely for the content review pipeline.
