  1. c. 1163–1170Zhongdu · Jin ZhongduThe youngest son born of a concubine of Emperor Shizong of Jin, he grew up in the palace; histories record him as tall with a fine beard and naturally frugal, and during this period he held no formal title or office.
  2. 1171–1180Zhongdu · Jin ZhongduEnfeoffed as Prince Xue in the eleventh year of Dading and advanced to Prince Sui the same year; enfeoffed as a young imperial clansman, he had not yet participated in major military or state affairs, remaining in the stage of imperial clan education under Shizong.
