Timeline
- 1237–1252Tripoli · County of TripoliSon of Bohemond V, drawn into Crusader succession disputes as a child. After his father's death in 1251 he formally succeeded the following year as Duke of Antioch and Count of Tripoli, initially relying on his mother Sibylla's regency and Mongol allies.
- 1260–1268Antioch · Principality of AntiochAfter the Battle of Ain Jalut in 1260 Mongol power was checked, yet Bohemond VI maintained his vassalage to the Ilkhanate. In May 1268 Mamluk sultan Baybars besieged Antioch; Bohemond VI was absent, the garrison was outnumbered, and Antioch fell on 18 May and was utterly destroyed, leaving the duchy a mere name.
- 1268–1275Tripoli · County of TripoliWith Antioch lost, only the County of Tripoli remained; Bohemond VI spent his final years there, still acting as nominal Duke of Antioch but unable to recover lost territory. He died in 1275, succeeded by his son Bohemond VII; the County of Tripoli was conquered by the Mamluks in 1289.
